Buying from the internet is always good as it will be cheaper. BY using such cards, you can make long distance or international calls from anywhere. With this card you get a 1-800-number (toll free), and a pin number for your card identification. So every time you want to make a call, you have to first call at this toll free number and provide with your pin number in order to make a connection to the desired number.

Some telephone numbers have alphabets in them such as 1-800-COLLECT. To dial this number, just press the digit on the telephone pad, which has the corresponding alphabet you want to dial on it. COLLECT corresponds to 2655328.

Using the PUBLIC pay phones: To operate a pay phone you need 25 cents. This pays for one local call. If your call is not connected your money is returned in the coin return slot.
